A subscription with The Model Home can be tailored to your needs! You can use this time for a new space, a refresh of a space we’ve already worked in, working side-by-side with us to create a system that’s sustainable – the sky is the limit!

Payments
Payments are done in equal installment payments.
Monthly: 12 equal payments will automatically be charged on the first of the month
Quarterly: 4 equal payments will be automatically changed at the first of the quarter – this will be determined by the start date of your subscription.
What happens first?
After the subscription package is purchased, we will reach out to you and get a 30 minute consultation on the books!
Let’s make a plan, after all we are organizers! Let’s think about big events, life changes, holidays, etc.!
Cancellation
Again… we get it, life happens!
We ask for 48 hour’s notice. This allows us to help another client and make sure our team isn’t en route to your space. If less notice is given you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.
If you’re looking to cancel your subscription, just email us. We’ll tell you we’re sad to see you go but wish you (and your space!) the best!
