We know that we’ve all changed our morning routine because of TikTok and if you say you haven’t at least thought about it we’re calling you out!
We have watched all the TikToks and read all the blogs for you and here is what we’ve come up with:
1. Make your bed – it’s the first win of the day.
2. Make a to-do list – this can be mental or written out, but it helps you get ready for your tasks
3. Make your favorite morning drink
4. Do some kind of movement – even if it’s just 10 minutes of stretching
5. Get ready and try to get yourself excited for the day – “I get to; not I have to.”
6. Tidy up your space – it takes minutes, but will make you so much happier when you get home
It’s obvious to everyone that an actual morning routine is the way to get the most out of your morning and set yourself up for the rest of the day so we thought we’d share the one thing that makes a difference to some of our team members.

“I work out – it sounds cheesy, but I’ve been an athlete all my life and it’s the healthiest habit I have. Even if it’s only 15 minutes, I have to get my body moving.”

“My SPF, ha! It really makes me feel like I have my day together and its such a small thing. Skin care for the win!”
We’ve all decided we’re going to work on an actual routine, other than watching other peoples. We’ll get back to you on what works. We do know that it’s going to take at least a month to set this routine in stone, but apparently, it’s worth having one!
